Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee on any paid level or the Lifetime bundle. Email us within 7 days of your purchase, and we'll refund you in full — we don't require a reason.

How it works

If a Klarweg purchase doesn't work for you, contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase at klarwegofficial@gmail.com, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. We suggest trying Chapter 1 of a level free first, so you know what you're buying before you pay — but the 7-day guarantee applies regardless.

What's covered

This policy covers any single-level purchase and the Lifetime bundle, when the refund is requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email klarwegofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your Klarweg account.
Let us know which purchase you'd like refunded (the level, or Lifetime).
We'll confirm the refund with you by email.

Refunds are currently handled manually by our team rather than through an automated system, so please allow us a little time to process your request after you email us. We don't publish a fixed processing-time guarantee at this stage — we aim to be prompt, and we'll keep you updated by email.

After a refund

If your refund is approved, we will process it and may adjust your account's course access manually as part of that. If you have any questions about your access after a refund, just reply to the same email thread.
